Project Origination, Structuring & Pre-Award Development
We secure committed offtakers, conduct early-stage commercial negotiations, and complete all feasibility studies, permitting pathways, and regulatory checks. This pre-award phase ensures each project is technically sound, commercially viable, and legally structured before entering formal tender or award stages, reducing risk and establishing a strong foundation for development.
Project Origination, Structuring & Pre-Award Development
Once a project is awarded, Solar Sawa establishes a registered Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) to formally hold all project rights. Capital is then raised through a structured Security Token Offering, enabling transparent, compliant participation across different phases of the project’s development. This creates a clear and efficient financing pathway for all investors.
EPC Delivery & Oversight
After financing is secured, our vetted EPC partners begin construction under the full oversight of Solar Sawa and the SPV. We supervise engineering, procurement, construction quality, grid connection, and commissioning to ensure timely, reliable delivery. Throughout this stage, the SPV remains the executing authority, maintaining alignment with regulators, lenders, and the offtaker.
On-Chain Performance & Revenue Distribution
Once operational, the plant’s energy production, cash flows, and yield distribution are recorded on blockchain, creating a verified, tamper-proof performance record. This ensures transparent reporting, accountable revenue flows, and complete trust for all stakeholders involved.
